Our client for this Sales Consultant position is an established and successful pre-owned luxury watches online retailer.

Objective of the Role

They are seeking for talented and motivated Sales Consultants to join their world-class team. As a crucial member of their Sales team, you will excel at task management, exhibiting a proactive work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve results and contribute to business improvement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn their business from the ground up, encompassing the process of buying watches from individuals to delivering an exceptional sales experiences. Ideal Profile

This is a essentially a retail position for an online store, which means that instead of being on the floor greeting and advising clients, you respond to incoming leads and requests from the website and use phone, emails or video conferences to sell the company’s products. We are looking for luxury retail people who are interested and motivated to work as a team, behind computers and phones, rather than on the floor.

Schedule

Weekdays + 2 Saturdays per month (leading to 1 weekday off these weeks).

Responsibilities

  • Goal Achievement: Play a key role in their team by actively contributing to their success, meeting and exceeding daily and monthly goals to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Workflow and Policies: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s overall sales workflow and policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all sales processes.
  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver a positive and professional client service experience from the initial interaction to the final sale, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Management and Follow-up: Manage client leads effectively, promptly responding to inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats, consistently meeting response time Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients, proactively addressing their needs such as answering questions, handling returns, and facilitating exchanges, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Additionally, you will master knowledge of watch brands and products, assist with client communication during the procurement process, and actively contribute to the creation of processes and workflows that enhance the team’s ability to provide unique and innovative solutions.

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Atlanta
  • Knowledge of luxury watches (is a plus but not required)
  • Appreciated previous titles: Sales Associate, Retail Sales Specialist
