Job Description
Main Responsibilities are:
- Manage and support retail sales and operations of the boutique
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-end clientele; build and develop client base
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide leadership to sales associates with training, product knowledge, customer relations and sales, coaching and counseling
- Evaluate on the job performance; manage and supervise sales staff
- Make recommendations about inventory and merchandise needs
- Meet/exceed objectives
- Promote the brand, the name, the products
Requirements:
- GIA graduate gemologist a Must
- Extensive sales experience in the high end jewelry business
- Experience in managing and supervising a sales team
- Proven ability in generating sales
- Proven negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- PC literacy
- Appreciated previous titles: Sales Associate, Retail Sales, Sales Manager, Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Retail Supervisor
