Our Client
Our client for this Regional Sales Manager opportunity is a strong international luxury watch brand
Objective
The Luxury Watch Regional Sales Manager will be mostly in charge developing new business for the brand. Opening new accounts, opening some of the cities where the brand is still not present, and closing some non strategic doors. The brand is in a process of restructuring its entire US distribution.
Ideal Profile
We need a strong developer and brand ambassador who will have strategic vision of the accounts that better represent the brand and how they should be supported at the retail sales level.
Job Description
- Develop the distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy; visibility: space and shop in shop negotiation
- Manage the territory: selling activities, stock management, merchandising, account servicing and coop marketing
- Explore, develop and implement changes to increase sell-through (including training, incentives programs)
- Propose promotional events
- Communicate regularly with Brand Manager on status of accounts, forecasts, sales analysis and other relevant reports
Requirements
- Strong expertise in retail and premium/luxury brands, 10+ years of wholesale selling experience in a jewelry, watch or luxury goods organization
- Self-motivated, results driven, professional sales person with excellent negotiation skills
- Superb relationship and communication skills
- Experience in event management is welcome
- Problem solving skills and entrepreneur mindset
- Appreciated previous experience: Omega, Tag Heuer, Cartier, Longines, Hamilton, Tissot, Blancpain, Baune & Mercier, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, Montblanc
