Our client゠is a Fortune 500 media company.
The in-house recruiter will be in charge of talent acquisition for the brazilian office from entry level (campus) to senior level management positions in all functions.
We need ideally a recruiter / talent acquisition manager with previous experience on the agency side and in-house. Agency for the fast paced environment and in-house for the method, structure and processes.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience (recruitment agency, executive search, in house talent acquisition).
- Familiar with multicultural and international environment
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Perfect presentation and communication skills
- Fully fluent in both Portuguese and English
- Appreciated previous experience: 2Get Executive Search, Fesa Executive Search, Hays, Michael Page, Robert Half, Russell Reynolds,
- Appreciated previous titles: Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, Recruitment Manager
