OBJECTIVE
The company is currently seeking an accomplished and dynamic Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings, drive revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel’s brand standards and positions the property as a leader in the market.
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, catering, and special events.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create innovative, locally inspired menus that cater to the diverse tastes of the hotel’s clientele.
- Build and maintain a strong, cohesive team of food and beverage professionals by providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and beverage expenses, to optimize profitability while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Analyze guest feedback, industry trends, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners to support the hotel’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
- Collaborate with other department heads to create a seamless guest experience and enhance the overall reputation of the hotel.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the property and its culinary offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within luxury hotels or upscale dining establishments.
- Proven track record of success in managing large, diverse teams and complex operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as wine and spirits.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation, as well as responsible alcohol service.
