Our Client
Our client for this career opportunity is the Travel Retail and Latin America office of a large group in Luxury Fragrances, Skincare and Cosmetics.
Objective
The Regional Education Executive has the responsibility to train the retail staff on products and sales techniques, in order to maximize sales on the POS.
Ideal Profile
Customer service and field oriented professional with cosmetic industry experience. Great communication skills, business oriented and passionate about cosmetics and luxury goods.
Job Description
- Train all sales support on brand categories (novelties, sales techniques, merchandising, basic course, grooming, etc. )
- Coach on product, sales and also merchandising
- Ensure good representation of the Brand at the POS and also with the BA’s image
- Motivate the team to reach sales target
- Consolidate evaluation & coaching plans per POS per BA
- Keep the field up to date with the latest information
- Reports on all work in field
Requirements
- Has graduated from high school / College/University Experience
- Sales and/or Retail experience
- Travel Retail or cosmetic industry experience
- Passion for cosmetics & luxury with special attention to makeup and fragrances
- Customer Oriented
- People & service oriented
- Makes expert information easy to understand
- Business minded – ability to initiate & propose
- Availability and willingness to travel extensively to the Caribbean and US East Coast (around 60% of the time)
- Responsible, independent and dependable
- Rigorous and details oriented
- Analytical skills and at ease with figures, reports and Excel
- Team leader as well as team player
- Ability to cope with multi-tasking
- Great communication skills (Bilingual english and spanish a must!)
