Changing Focus for our Business
This past year, the focus of our business has both grown and evolved. While we continue to work to fulfill our clients needs in a variety of ways, the portion of retained executive search we do is now about 90% of what we do.
With our executive search work, we craft our services to match the customized needs of our clients, including covering confidential searches, and searches for executives who are not currently looking. Additionally, 35% of our business comes from positions of $200K base per year or more.
We made Forbes’s Top 100 Executive Search Firms
This year, ACCUR Recruiting Services made the top 100 executive search firms that fill positions of at least $100,000, on a list compiled by Forbes and the market research company Statista. We were thrilled to be included on this list and credit our staff of executive recruiters and partners all over the world for their work in making this possible.
More Global Collaboration with Partners
A big focus for us this year has been building our partner network of recruiters so we could reach into new markets and find a larger group of qualified candidates. Three years ago, all of our international searches were done by us, but now 15-20% is done in collaboration with our valued partners all over the world.
We are always looking to deepen our network of available recruiters who can work with us in our core practice areas. So many of our clients operate in more than one country, therefore it is useful to have recruiters we can call on no matter where the vacancy is located.
