Our client for this Office / Administrative Assistant role is a well funded Swiss-based pharmaceutical laboratory start up, that has developed an innovative molecule used for food supplement and cosmetics. The company just opened its New York office to start US operations with a very aggressive development plan.
The Office / Administrative Assistant will be in charge of handling all sorts of administrative tasks to support the local general manager.
- Day-to-day administrative tasks on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Invoice payments
- Assistance in relationship with bank and lawyers.
- International Wire Transfer trouble shooting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as administrative assistant
- Very organized and reliable
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- French fluency would be a plus
- Appreciated previous experience: L’Oreal, Lancome, Coty, BPI, Beaute Prestige International, LVMH, Parfums Christian Dior, InterParfums, Clarins, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Puig, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Gucci
- Appreciated previous titles: Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper.
