We had a great time in Cannes, France last week at the 2018 Duty Free and Travel Retail Summit organized by the TFWA. Interacting with valued clients and partners from around the world, it was a great opportunity to also meet some new faces and hear about their plans.
The conference had it’s biggest attendance ever, which is not surprising the overall growth of the industry, which was up almost 10% over the prior year. As global travel booms, so do new goals in our industry: companies want to invigorate their product presentation, break into new territories, and build relationships with younger consumers.
All in all, a very exciting conference to be a part of, and one we look forward to returning to next year!
