We’ll Be at the CFR North America Convening in Montreal May 30-31, 2019
ACCUR Recruiting Services is pleased to join our colleagues from the CFR global network at a convening in Montreal late in the month of May. These conventions are a valuable way of connecting the deep knowledge base of our worldwide network of recruiters in conversation aimed at bettering the recruitment services we offer to clients.
What’s top of mind for our global network right now?
Technology, in a word, has remained front and center for our personnel since the last time we gathered in October last year. What changes will AI bring to the recruiting process and how can we harness it to provide better results to our clients?
Of course, even without AI, we know we can continually improve and refine our processes. So at this meeting, we expect to dig deeply on issues like creating better assessments, sharing data and measuring “quality of hire” so the best possible metrics can be integrated into our process for recruiting.
